How to Use
Attach the Cuff: Place it snugly around your upper arm, 2–3 cm above the elbow.
Connect the Stethoscope: Position the chest piece over the brachial artery inside the elbow.
Inflate the Cuff: Pump until the pressure is about 30 mmHg above your normal systolic level (not exceeding 300 mmHg).
Listen for the Pulse: Slowly release air and note the first pulse sound (systolic) and the last pulse sound (diastolic).
Deflate Completely: Release all air before removing the cuff and storing the devic
Important Tips:
Avoid Over-Inflating: Never inflate the cuff beyond 300 mmHg to prevent damage.
Protect the Cuff: Keep the cuff away from sharp objects and prolonged exposure to sunlight.
Deflate Before Storing: Always release all air from the cuff before storage to maintain its shape.
Do Not Dismantle: Never attempt to dismantle the manometer, as this may cause malfunction.
Store Properly: Keep the device in a cool, dry place, away from extreme temperatures and humidity.
